At Yesnap, product integrity, safety, and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the special nature of health supplements, we strictly do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason once an order has been shipped. All sales are final.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at yesnapofficial@gmail.com before your order is processed and dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. While we do not offer refunds, if the item is clearly defective, severely damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at yesnapofficial@gmail.com with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Fraudulent Chargebacks & Disputes

Any fraudulent chargebacks or false claims of unauthorized transactions will be rigorously disputed. We log all IP addresses, AVS matches, delivery proofs, and communication histories to submit to the bank during a dispute. Customers who initiate invalid chargebacks will be permanently banned from our store and may be reported to relevant fraud prevention networks.
