Refund Policy

At Yesnap, we prioritize your health and safety. Because our products are health and wellness supplements, we maintain strict quality control and safety standards. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Conditions Due to the nature of health supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal reasons. Returns are strictly limited to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item has a quality issue or arrived damaged, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all safety seals intact. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, along with photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.

To start a return, please contact us at yesnapofficial@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs Since returns are only accepted for issues caused by our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, missing items, defective, or damaged products), Yesnap will cover the return shipping costs for all approved return requests.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at yesnapofficial@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges Exchanges are only permitted for damaged or incorrect items. The fastest way to resolve this is to contact our support team to initiate a return for the defective item. Once accepted, we will process a replacement for you.

One-Time Purchases & Subscriptions Yesnap offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscription plans.

  • Subscription Cancellations: If you choose a subscription plan, you are solely responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your customer account portal prior to your next billing date. Yesnap will not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

  • Order Disputes: Forgetting or failing to cancel a subscription is not a valid reason for a refund. You may not use a failure to cancel as an excuse to file an order dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. If an unjustified chargeback or dispute is filed under these circumstances, Yesnap reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover the disputed funds and any associated legal or processing fees.

Refunds Once weโ€™ve received and inspected your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at yesnapofficial@gmail.com.
